Availing a Loan without Much Hassle

Availing a loan from the banks, microfinancing, cooperatives, etc., has never been easy. You need to submit long list of requirements and if you failed to submit one of those, you'll lose the chance of borrowing money.

For all loans:
  • Valid ID

  • Certificate of Employment (w/ Income)

  • Latest Payslip
Employed (you might be asked for these in addition to above)
  • ITR: Income Tax Return (optional for some banks)

  • Bank Certificate, or Latest Statements

  • If OFW: Work Contract
  • If Self-Employed:
  • DTI/SEC Registration

  • 6 months bank statements

  • Audited financial statements

  • ITR: Income Tax Return

  • Trade References (depends on the bank)

Business Loan
  • 2X2 photo ID picture

  • Sketch of business, sketch of residence, pictures of equipment and facilities

  • Barangay clearance

  • Audited financial statements

  • DTI Registration & Mayor's permit

Completjng above list has never been an easy way. You need to spend few days before you can submit everything. Really a hassle. What if there's an emergency situation? You rather jump to 5-6 scheme loan than to complete the requirements.

HOWEVER......THAT WAS BEFORE!

WHY CHOOSE THAT LONG PROCESS WHILE YOU HAVE THE BEST OPTION OF DOING IT ONLINE AND AVAIL LOAN WITHIN 3 DAYS.

I've tried their easy and helpful system and this month, I'll be finished with my one year loan with them.

Thanks Lenddo for your easy loan process.

I'll post here the tutorial on how to process loan in Lenddo. Wait and see!

In these difficult times, for a common employee earning 10K-20K a month is really not enough. Commodities are too high. Five hundred peso (P500.00) for a day is not enough to buy the needs for a day. I and my husband are just grateful that our work is just a tricycle away. How about those whose works are really far from their houses? Really a burden.

To earn additional cash, I tried to search for the internet for some paying sites. I am trying to look for work in www.odesk.com however my 2 applications were both rejected. According to the site, both clients were banned from the site since they were not complying with the terms & conditions stated therein. Hopefully, my next applications will be successful. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am also participating in www.mylot.com. It's a legit site where you just need to participate in the discussions or create discussions to earn. It's quite interesting. You learn at the same time you earn. However, you need to be more active to earn fast. So far I've just earning $1.54 hahaha. Need to be more active so I could reach fast their $10 for a payout.

I have tried PTC sites before. I've earned about $5-10 then I stopped. I don't like the idea.

I've finally come to realize, the best way to earn sufficient income is to have a successful online store. I've started way back 2008. It's not that successful yet compare to those who started later than mine but I'm happy with my earnings. To have a profit of P1K-3K a week is really not that bad. It helps us a lot. During my early years into online selling, I tried to use different free ads sites to promote my biz. The sites really help in finding customers. Some of these are www.sulit.com.ph and www.ayosdito.ph . I've actually created my free website through the help of www.webs.com and my site, www.myonlineshoppe.webs.com .  I didn't maximize the use of my site for now due to the rise of FB page. It's more popular so I created one new online store page www.facebook.com/hgbcshoppeonline .

The real idea in having a rewarding extra income is do not be afraid to explore. www.google.com.ph is helping me a lot. Through google search, I've come up to the sites I've mentioned above. Till now, with a click on my netbook and the proper keywords, SHOOT! I've found what I wanted.
